Foundations of Inclusive, Resilient Leadership

Participants will explore an inclusive leadership model, focusing on key dimensions such as emotional intelligence, authenticity and inquisitiveness through interactive activities, reflection and role-play scenarios.

Session 2

Building Resilient Teams that Thrive

This session introduces the RallyBright Resilient Teams Framework and helps participants develop actionable strategies to embed inclusion and resilience in their daily leadership practices.

Leesa Hill (she/her)

Partner, Team Effectiveness and Head of DEIB

Leesa brings over 25 years of Human Resources expertise to this workshop, with specialized focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) strategies that drive measurable results. As the Partner of DEIB & Leader Effectiveness at LEAD3R, she draws from her extensive experience at organizations including Biogen, Pfizer, and Kforce Inc. to provide practical, actionable guidance for leaders.

Her impressive track record includes developing board preparation programs for female senior leaders, creating strategic DEIB roadmaps, and successfully implementing Employee Resource Groups and Diversity Councils. Recognized on Mogul's "Top 100 DEIB Leaders in 2022," Leesa holds a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for HR from Cornell's Industrial and Labor Relations School and is certified in the ED&I 360 & Inclusive Behavior Inventory Assessment.

Leesa's unique blend of corporate experience and formal DEIB credentials makes her ideally suited to help mid-level managers develop the practical skills needed to lead inclusive, resilient teams in today's complex workplace environment.

Lizzie Pollock (she/her)

Partner, Team Effectiveness

Lizzie brings nearly 20 years of experience as an organization and talent development leader to this workshop, with a proven track record of helping people and organizations unlock their potential and achieve meaningful impact. Before joining LEAD3R, she built her expertise in non-profit organizations and higher education, most recently leading a significant culture transformation initiative at the largest community college in New England.

Known for her strategic, analytical, and human-centered approach, Lizzie excels at diagnosing organizational challenges and designing practical solutions that drive results. She incorporates design thinking, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging principles, advanced facilitation techniques, and adult learning methodologies into developmental experiences that resonate with participants.

Lizzie's academic credentials include a Master's in Psychology of Leadership, a Certificate in Appreciative Inquiry, and certification in Fundamentals of Facilitation for Racial Justice Work—providing her with the perfect blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application to help leaders build truly inclusive and resilient teams.
